“Good afternoon, Mr. Spann. We are spending Christmas here in Cleveland and wanted to share some pictures of lake Erie, which is beginning to freeze. It was about 30 degrees, snowing and very windy when the pictures were taken. The white along the shore is ice Hopefully you guys can enjoy a white Christmas too! Merry Christmas.”
