Foggy Friday

It’s the third morning in a row with dense fog covering a good chunk of real estate around here. In some places on my drive up to ABC 33/40 this morning, visibility was so bad that I could barely see cars just 200 yards ahead of me. Normally, the Alabaster Colonial Promenade shines like a big spotlight off of I-65, but this morning you can faintly make out that there is a lighted development back there!

The Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for 67 counties in Alabama, 82 counties in Mississippi, and a whole bunch of counties in Georgia. Temperatures are hovering in the mid-40s except in the colder valleys of Northeast Alabama where there could be some light freezing fog this morning.
