Strong Winds Outside Storms/Line Timing

Winds are gusting to 25-35 mph across much of North and Central Alabama.

This hour, BHM reported a 33 mph wind gust. Tuscaloosa reported a 35 mph wind gust.

A tree was reported down along County Road 47 in Blount County 1 mile west of Blountsville.

We will continue to see reports of trees down even ahead of the main line.

The line is:

20 miles west of Hamilton (will arrive around 10:20)
110 miles miles west of Birmingham (will arrive around midnight)
75 miles west of Tuscaloosa (will arrive around 11:30)
65 miles west of Jasper (will arrive around 11:15)
80 miles west of Cullman (will arrive around 11:35)
130 miles west of Gadsden (will arrive around 12:15-12:30)
150 miles west of Anniston (will arrive around 1:00 a.m.)
