Showers and storms continue tonight across East Central, south Central and Southwest Alabama. They extend from near Anniston to Prattville to Atmore.

The storms are proving to be quite tenancious, with several severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings in effect.

A big severe thunderstorm warning covers much of East Alabama

One of the most dangerous looking storms of the night is near Deatsville, north northeast of Prattville and north northwest of Weptumpka.

Any other warnings that occur overnight will be automatically added to the blog.
