* NWS cancelled the Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Tuscaloosa County

* That main storm is now over SW Jefferson County west and NW of the junction of I-59 and I-459 generally west of McCalla.

* Moving quickly toward the NE

* At 10:06 am, hail the size of half-dollars (1.25 inch in diameter) reported at Curry in Walker County. The hail knocked lots of leaves off trees on a path from Curry to Smith Lake

* NWS has now issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Blount County until 12-Noon
