Jefferson/Shelby Severe Canceled

The severe thunderstorm warning for Jefferson/Shelby Counties has been canceled. The storm has weakened. The flash flood warning remains in effect.

Strong storms continue along I-20 between Moody and Pell City.

New storms have developed between Vincent/Harpersville and Childersburg.

5 E Homewood [Jefferson Co, AL] amateur radio reports FLASH FLOOD at 04:23 PM CDT — 6 inches of water and flash flooding reported at the intersection of sicard hollow rd and blue lake drive.

WIND DAMAGE REPORT:
BMX: 5 Ese Homewood [Jefferson Co, AL] amateur radio reports TSTM WND DMG at 04:23 PM CDT — trees down across blue lake drive.
