Here is the poem from Little Miss Molly addressed to the MO and myself. I was so attached to that little girl that I knew her every thought. I could read her mind like a book.

Written by Darlene Massey.

TO: Mama Judy and Daddy JB

I have arrived at Doggie Heaven
And I’m chasing my blue ball
I know that you are missing me
And I wish I could call

We didn’t get a decent chance
To say our last goodbye
But now I see how sad you are
And it makes me want to cry

My life with you has really been
A loving memory
Of all the things we liked to do
When it was you and me

The walks we took, the trails we hiked
That made up many miles
The people we met along the way
The laughs, the rubs, the smiles

The times that I chased Dino
Or was he chasing me
It didn’t matter–what mattered most
It was something you loved to see

And yes, I never liked it much
When you left me home alone
But it made me very happy
When you finally made it home

So please don’t be too sad
Even though we are now apart
Because of the love you gave to me
I’m always in your heart

And one day when we meet again
I know that it’s going to be
As beautiful as our last eight years
Together again
Miss Molly, my Mama Judy and Daddy JB

Love always,
Miss Molly
