Hey ‘Bama/Weather Fans Heading To State College

You may remember Dr. John Nese, who worked at The Weather Channel.

He is a professor or Meteorology at Penn State University, one of the finest meteorology programs in the country.

He sends this message via our Mike Wilhelm:

Alabama fans … If you’re coming to Penn State for the game and arrive early, stop by the PSU Meteorology Dept on Friday Sept 9 anytime from 3-7pm for a tour and light refreshments. 6th floor Walker Building, west side of campus. See https://www.tinyurl.com/alabama-fans for details and to let us know you’re coming.

Dr. Nese actually attended the Alabama/Penn State game in Tuscaloosa last year. He commented to me that it had to be one of the greatest atmospheres for college sports he had ever experienced. Alabama fans are going to experience the same thing this week in Happy Valley.

If you are going to the game…here is great opportunity to connect with some great people who love weather and football and their school as much as we do here in Alabama.
