NWS Atlanta Has To Take Shelter

The NWS Peachtree City passed control to Birmingham at 2:51 p.m. CDT this afternoon as a potentially tornadic circulation bore down on the station.

The NWS BMX just issued a tornado warning on their behalf.

They report there have been two confirmed tornadoes in Georgia so far, including at least 1 injury at Cherokeega.
