Strong storm over NE Jefferson

The thunderstorma moving eastward across southern and eastern Jefferson County got stronger when they got into Trussville.  Small hail covered the ground in spots at my house near US 11, with wind gusts around 30-40 mph.  (See picture from James below).  I wouldn’t be surprised if there are some trees down…it smells a little like pine outside.

These storms will affect Pell City, Moody, Springville, Odenville, Ashville soon.
