Tornado Warning : Restructured – Clay, Coosa, Tallapoosa Counties 3:15

This is a restructuring of the tornado warning for the significant storm in Coosa County.

Still strong indications of tornado just southeast of Rockford moving toward Kellyton, Alex City, Goldville, New Site and Daviston.

It will move in the direction of Wedowee.

This storm is in the best area of instability and shear.

It could produce a significant tornado.

* AT 238 PM CST…THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM
WAS LOCATED NEAR COTTAGE GROVE…OR NEAR ROCKFORD…AND MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…
KELLYTON…ALEXANDER CITY…CREWSVILLE…BRADFORD…HILLABEE
CREEK…NEW SITE…GOLDVILLE…FISHPOND…RAY AND HACKNEYVILLE.
