The 10 a.m. advisory is in on Debby. A few notes:

…Winds have been decreased to 45 mph.
…Central pressure is up to 995 mb
…The dry air has taken a toll, but there is some convection redeveloping on the southwest side of the center.
…Rains of 10-20 inches still anticipated over North Florida in the outer rainbands. Some folks may get 25 inches.
…Tropical storm warnings discontinued west of Destin
…Tides will be 3-5 feet in the Florida Big Bend area
…Tornadoes will continue to be a problem all day across the Florida Peninsula
