The wedge is in full session across Alabama this afternoon, with temperatures ranging from 53F in Anniston to 62F in Birmingham to 67F in Tuscaloosa to 80F in Meridian.

Radar shows a weakening area of showers over Northwest Alabama over Lamar, Marion, Franklin, Colbert and Winston Counties. This activity is moving northeastward.

Back over the Arklatex, showers and thunderstorms continue pushing slowly eastward. This activity may push into western sections of the state overnight. We will cal for a chance of showers and perhaps a storm tonight into Monday morning.

Tomorrow may not be as warm as earlier thought with more clouds and a chance of showers around during the morning. Highs tomorrow will likely top out in the upper 60s.
