Northeast Alabama Fall Color Tips?

On Sunday, Mike Wilhelm and I will be taking to the highways of Northeast Alabama to take J.B. on his annual fall foliage chase. Hopefully, there will be some leaves left after a windy Saturday.

A little crowdsourcing if you have a minute: we need some good fall foliage tips for Northeast Alabama.

Best places for color in Marshall, eastern Madison, Jackson and DeKalb Counties? Feel free to throw in any favorite eating places and recommended dishes as well.
