A very dangerous storm is rampaging through North Mississippi this evening.

A tornado was reported near New Albany just before 6 p.m. There have been no new reports from the NWS Memphis.

Here is a set of radar images (clockwise from top left: base reflectivity, storm relative velocity, composite reflectivity and VIL) taken at 5:57 p.m. CDT.

This storm may threaten the Shoals area of Northwest Alabama around 7:30 p.m.
