The Tornado Watch continues for 15 North and NW Alabama counties until 2 pm.

NWS/SPC advises that an additional watch may be needed by early afternoon to include the remainder of North Alabama and much of Central Alabama.

If they follow through, it is highly likely that the new watch include all of the areas around Gadsden, Anniston, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and even further south.

Looks like a long, long afternoon.
