TORNADO…

AT 1203 PM CDT…METEOROLOGISTS AND TRAINED SPOTTERS WERE TRACKING A
LARGE…VIOLENT AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS
LOCATED OVER NORTH CENTRAL KEMPER COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
