Monday Morning Lows

Bitter cold across Alabama and much of the USA this morning. Here in Alabama it did not bring us the coldest temperature so far this season, apparently. That was 8 above zero back in December at Belle Mina just NE of Decatur. However, the low there this morning was 9 above.

Here is a complete roundup of lows. It is possible that the temperature dropped a bit more after the 6:00 a.m. reporting time, so for some weather stations that report every hour, we may not know the absolute low until noon, because highs and lows are attached to a report every six hours. Here we go:
