The Rest of the Evening

| June 15, 2013 @ 6:17 pm

It has been a very nice day across Alabama. Everyone saw abundant sunshine, very warm temperatures and lower humidity. Most areas are still in the upper 80s and low 90s currently. As the day progressed, moisture and humidity levels have been creeping up, but not too significant. It should remain rather comfortable the rest of the evening and rain will not be an issue. Temperatures will slowly fall overnight and most locations will settle into the upper 60s or lower 70s for overnight lows.

For tomorrow, moisture levels will continue to increase across the state. That will lead to an increase chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially later in the day. Then to start the work week, rain will certainly be in the forecast as a front will be impacting the state with showers and thunderstorms.
