Strong Storms Near Auburn University

Throughout the afternoon, strong storms have been impacting areas across eastern portions of Central Alabama. These storms continue a southerly movement and are producing very heavy rain and frequent lightning.

Storms are just northwest of the campus of Auburn University. These storms could impact the campus and the festivities ongoing associated the ballgame this evening. Storms should be out of the area before the 6 PM kickoff and are not expected to impact the game.
