Light Snow Flurries Over North Alabama

Light snow flurries continue over Northeast Alabama tonight, but they will end soon and there will be no accumulation. To the east, there is a winter weather advisory up for North Georgia, where some light accumulation is possible across higher terrain.

Temperatures are now below freezing over most of North/Central Alabama, so be aware that any standing water left over from the rain earlier today will be turning to ice, and some patchy “black ice” is possible. But, most roads are dry…
