Late Night Update

The big, noisy thunderstorm that brought heavy amounts of rain and much, much lightning was way over in East Central Alabama late tonight.

At 10:25 pm, most of the storms were over Tallapoosa and Randolph County. Others were over parts of South Shelby and Chilton County. Still producing lots of lightning and locally heavy rain.

Around the rest of North and Central Alabama, storms had greatly diminished.

Look for a repeat performance tomorrow (Thursday) Maybe worse.
