Particularly Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch Issued until 9 PM

PDS Tornado Watch has been issued for much of northern and western Alabama. Cullman, Jasper, Haleyville, Hamilton, Huntsville, Decatur, Florence are all included in this watch. This watch is just to the northwest of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.

Storms that develop within the watch box will be very dangerous and will likely cause a few strong tornadoes. Large hail, damaging winds, and flash flooding are threat as well.
