Tornado Watch Until 11 p.m. for All of Central Alabama

The northward movement of the warm front is placing a larger part of Central Alabama in the warm sector for this afternoon and evening and the Storm Prediction center has issued a tornado watch now for a large part of Central Alabama.

Counties included are:

Autauga, Barbour, Bibb, Bullock, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa

The watch goes until 11 p.m.

SAD NEWS FROM COLUMBIA MS
There is heavy damage reportedly at a mobile home park east of Columbia.

This tornado is now northeast of Sumrall MS.
