The Storm Prediction Center has issued a new tornado watch for areas to the west and northwest of Alabama. It goes until 10 p.m. CST. Only one severe weather report so far today: a 1 inch hail report near Muskogee OK shortly after 1 p.m. CST.
NWS offices are starting to our west are starting to issue Winter Storm Warnings now for Sunday into Monday. The NWS Birmingham is planning to hold off issuing a winter storm warning until later this evening.
