Drowning Reported in Panama City

| August 16, 2009 @ 5:14 pm | 15 Replies

The NWS in Tallahassee has received a report of a drowning in the surf off Panama City Beach this afternoon.

The water along the coast of Northwest Florida is very rough and will be until tomorrow along the beaches.

Stay out of the water until Claudette is well inland and seas subside.

  1. I just wanted to thank you very much for this informative article. I have already bookmarked your site, when I have more free time I am going to have to do some further research. Well back to my dreaming of Panama or back to the books – I wonder which one is going to win out. 🙂

Scott Thibaut Hancock, I don’t know why you keep saying that you “don’t normally comment on blogs” since that is apparently ALL that you did in 2009 and 2010. Moreover, your comments are carbon copies—they all thank the author for an “interesting” or “enlightening” article, and they all have a bizarre reference to “back to my dreaming of Panama”. Anyone, just google “Scott Thibaut Hancock” or “dreaminga about Panama”, to see what I mean.

    Watchoo talkin’ bout, Willis?
