From Mentone

I think this is the big surprise for this event… 6 inches of snow at Mentone, atop Lookout Mountain in DeKalb County! Thanks to Ann Nelson for these images… she writes:

    Beautiful winter (spring ?)wonderland pictures.Wish I could have gone to Mentone for this one.Spoke to my brother up there about 8:30 and he reported 4 inches and coming down hard-looks like it did !!

    Those were beautiful! We weren’t too far behind you on Scenic Dr by Noccalula Falls! We still have a fair amount in our yard at 7:00 pm. Roads/driveways were pretty bad this morning. Looks like you all had a great time!
