wow my dewpoint is 51 and its 68 degrees, how can we have bad weather with dewpoints like that? James Tim anyone?

  2. Randy says:

the watch is more for SOUTH Alabama than Central Alabama

  3. Jeff L says:

It’s very difficult to have severe weather with a dew point of 51

  4. J. P. says:

Yeah, current dewpoint in Birmingham reads 48.

Should be a beneficial soaking for us and for the local farmers who need it, but nothing more.

  5. Kevin says:

This is going to be a south Alabama storm peeps, and they said that from the beginning. From The Ham north, just rain, which we need, but they are backing down on the amounts we are going to get up here. The storms down south are going to intercept most of our moisture up here.

Be careful down there guys! It sure was rough up here last week in TN. WATCH the weather reports on TV and if not near tv, listen to the radio (hopefully a weather radio or at least a police scanner). Take care! Keep checking on ya!

  8. Lori says:

WE are not included in the watch, but there is actually a TORNADO WARNING for Noxubee County, MS that expires at 1:45; Noxubee County is not included in the watch area, but possibly we should be!

  9. Shannon says:

I don’t like this at all! My daughter’s kindergarten class went to Montgomery on a field trip today. They are supposed to be back between 3:30 and 4:00 this afternoon. I hope the weather holds off till they get back. Can anyone tell me when it’s supposed to reach Pickens County(Gordo).
