Oldshue In Alaska

More shots from our colleague John Oldshue in Alaska…

“The Alaska adventure is done…we were 6 for 6 days on seeing
bears…and almost that for catching fish….this afternoon we headed
to the Kodiak airport and about 100 yards away from the airport we
found a bear in a river…my friends Gary Erin and Ben Greer went to
get a better vantage point and found themselves about 35 feet from the
bear….luckily the bears on Kodiak are well fed with Salmon….the
big guy just casually went back into the brush and continued down a
side trail to get around them….”
