…THE TORNADO WARNING FOR CENTRAL RUSSELL COUNTY IS CANCELLED…     The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe     limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.     Therefore the warning has been cancelled.     To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement     agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service     Birmingham.

…A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM CDT FOR CENTRAL RUSSELL COUNTY… At 1212 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Uchee, or near Hurtsboro, moving northeast at 35 mph.

     HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.
     SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
     IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include… Seale, Russell County Sports Complex, Parkmanville and Hatchechubbe.
