Tornado Watch Will Be Coming Soon For Parts of North/Central Alabama

The latest from the SPC in their Mesoscale discussion has much of north and central Alabama outlined in a possible tornado watch. The likelihood of the watch being issued is 80%.

There should be a gradual increase in the threat for a few tornadoes and isolated damaging wind events within the storms associated with Tropical Depression Cindy. The watch will likely by later this morning or into the early afternoon hours.
