Severe Thunderstorm Warning Expired For Parts Of Lawrence, Limestone, And Morgan Counties

     …THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHERN LIMESTONE…
     NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT
     430 PM CDT…
     The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
     limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
     Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. However gusty winds
     and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

* At 357 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
    Courtland, or 13 miles northwest of Decatur, moving east at 35 mph.
    HAZARD…60 to 70 mph wind gusts.
    SOURCE…Radar indicated.
    IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

    Decatur, Athens, Trinity, Tanner, Hillsboro, Mooresville, Belle
    Mina, French Mill, Ripley and Wheeler.
