The Gees Bend Experience
During the end of March, my wife and I found time to get away on the first outing of the year in our travel trailer. Paul Grist State Park is a real diamond in the Alabama State Park system with a lovely setting and a beautiful lake with spaces for RVs right on the banks of the lake. We’d seen an article about the Gees Bend ferry, so we decided to make a day trip of it somce it was so close. Rather than type the story, I put together some of the pictures I took and added a narration and a little background music, so sit back and enjoy my Gees Bend Experience.
