     SOUTHWESTERN SHELBY AND EASTERN BIBB COUNTIES UNTIL 900 PM CDT…

     At 811 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

     West Blocton, or 9 miles west of Montevallo. This storm was nearly

     stationary.

     Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with

     this storm.

     Locations impacted include…

     Montevallo, Brent, Centreville, West Blocton, Wilton, Ashby,

     Brierfield Ironworks Park, West Centreville, University Of

     Montevallo, Maylene, North Bibb, Trio, Marvel, Six Mile, Bibb County

     Airport, Hebron and Dogwood.
