SHELBY AND SOUTHWESTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTIES UNTIL 415 PM CDT…
At 350 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Vincent, or 7 miles north of Childersburg, moving east at 20 mph.
Dime size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include…
Talladega, Sylacauga, Pell City, Childersburg, Vincent, Harpersville,
Westover, Alpine Bay Resort, Winterboro, Alpine, Sycamore, Coosa
Island, Logan Martin Dam, Logan Martin Lake, Country Club Estates and
Sterrett.
