The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
    Northwestern Cullman County in north central Alabama…

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 707 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles east of Sardis, or 9 miles northwest of
    Cullman, moving east at 20 mph.
    HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.
    SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
    IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
    Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include…
    Cullman, Good Hope, Baldwin, Vinemont, West Point, Eva, Phelan, Logan, Jones Chapel and Battleground.
