At 429 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cherokee, or 14 miles northeast of Tishomingo State Park, moving east
at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Cherokee, St. Florian,
Underwood-Petersville, Posey Loop, Northwest Alabama Regional Airport
and Mt Hester.
