At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bluff, or 7 miles west of Winfield, moving northeast at 15 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm. Heavy
rainfall is also associated with this storm, with a few areas
possibly seeing one inch or more within a very brief time.
