* At 323 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall rates over an inch an hour have occurred in the advisory area with potentially up to two inches of rain possible in the advisory area through the advisory time frame. Localized flooding will be possible in urbanized, low lying and poor drainage areas within the advisory area.
