Potentially Tornadic Storms Now 30 Minutes Away from Northwest Alabama

Three potentially tornadic storms are across northeastern Mississippi tonight. The lead cell is near New Albany. It will be approaching the northwestern corner of Alabama around 10:30 p.m.

A second cell near Coffeeville will be near Pontotoc before 10:30 p.m.

A third cell is just southwest of that one, to the south of Charleston.

These storms will be approaching Colbert and Lauderdale Counties before midnight.

Parts of Northwest Alabama will be getting a tornado watch shortly.
