    Blount County in central Alabama…
    Shelby County in central Alabama…
    Jefferson County in central Alabama…
    St. Clair County in central Alabama…

* Until 930 AM CST.

* At 623 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
    Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Alabaster, Bessemer, Homewood, Pelham, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Helena, Hueytown, Gardendale, Pell City, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Calera, Fairfield, Chelsea and
