…A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CST FOR NORTHWESTERN CULLMAN AND MORGAN COUNTIES… At 1031 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall has fallen across the warned area over the past 6 hours, with additional light rainfall expected to occur over the next couple of hours. Emergency management and law enforcement officials have reported some primary roads, and numerous secondary roads were flooded, and in some cases impassible, across portions of Morgan and Cullman County.
