     Northern Morgan County in north central Alabama…
     Lawrence County in northwestern Alabama…

* Until 1215 PM CST Sunday.

* At 549 AM CST, runoff from recent heavy rain was producing
     widespread flooding over much of northwest and north central
     Alabama. Lauderdale, Colbert, Lawrence, Limestone and Morgan
     counties have several areas underwater near swollen rivers and
     creeks. The Indian Creek in Madison county was in flood stage as
     well. Flooding is expected to continue this morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Florence, Athens, Hartselle, Muscle
Shoals, Russellville, Sheffield and Tuscumbia.

* At 1137 PM CST, the public reported widespread flooding as a
     result of heavy rain across Northwest Alabama. Lauderdale,
     Lawrence, and Morgan counties have several areas underwater near
     rivers and creeks. Indian Creek in Madison county is rising again
     in response to a final round of storms.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Florence, Athens, Hartselle, Muscle
Shoals, Russellville, Sheffield and Tuscumbia.

* At 615 PM CST, reports from emergency management officials and broadcast media confirmed that widespread flooding continued to impact much of northwest and north central Alabama, where between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell last night. Additional rain and thunderstorms moving across the region this evening will produce rainfall rates on the order of 0.5 to 1 inches per hour, and this will enhance the threat for additional areal flooding.
