…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR PIKE…BULLOCK AND NORTHWESTERN
BARBOUR COUNTIES UNTIL 515 PM CDT…
At 429 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Union Springs to Linwood
to near Goshen. Movement was east at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Troy, Union Springs, Brundidge, Clio, Midway, Goshen, Clayton,
Louisville, Banks, Pickett, Aberfoil, Spring Hill, Beans Crossroads,
Guerryton, Linwood, Boot Hill, Comer, Barbour County Public Lake Dam,
Antioch and Troy University.
