Very Nice & Warm Across Central Alabama At Midday

| April 29, 2019 @ 11:43 am

We have a great deal of sunshine across much of Central Alabama as we are approaching the midday hour, but we do have some very thin high clouds over the north and northeastern parts of the area filtering the sunshine just a little. Temperatures are in the mid-70s to the lower 80s already. Birmingham was at 81 degrees tied with several locations as the warm spot. The cool spot was Cullman at 76 degrees.

Skies will remain mainly sunny throughout the rest of the afternoon while we warm up into the mid to upper 80s for the afternoon high across much of Central Alabama. Skies will remain clear for the late night and overnight hours with lows only falling into the upper 50s to the lower 60s.

We’ll have more clouds on Tuesday across the area, but skies will be mostly clear throughout the day. Afternoon highs will once again be back up in the mid to upper 80s with the possibility of one or two locations hitting 90 degrees in the southern parts of the area. Skies will be partly cloudy during the late night and overnight hours with lows in the lower to mid-60s.
