At 103 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Little River Canyon National Preserve. This storm was nearly
stationary.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Fort Payne, Rainsville, Crossville, Sylvania, Fyffe, Geraldine,
Valley Head, Hammondville, Mentone and Pine Ridge.
