Storms North Alabama

NWS/SPC issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Middle and East Tennessee until 2 pm. The watch cones as far south as the Alabama border but does not include any Alabama Counties.

Severe Thunderstorm Warning for several Middle Tennessee counties.

A few strong storms now in progress over North Alabama:

* One over West Franklin County

* The strongest storm was moving due east across Cullman County. At 9:30, it was crossing I-65 near Cullman. NWS/Huntsville issued a Significant Weather Alert for that one.
