Tornado Watch Canceled…All Clear Now Given For All Of Central Alabama

NWS Birmingham has canceled the Tornado Watch for Pike and Barbour counties in the southeastern parts of Central Alabama. No more counties remain in a Tornado Watch and the severe storm threat has ended for the rest of the overnight.

We’ll have another threat of severe storms, including the potential for tornadoes, on Thursday. Stay up to date with us throughout the week.

Warnings galore are occurring at this time over South Alabama and into the southwestern parts of Georgia and the western panhandle of Florida. Multiple Severe Thunderstorm Warnings and a few Tornado Warnings are in effect at this time.
