| March 17, 2021 @ 10:21 pm

Three more counties have been cleared from the Tornado Watch, including Bibb, Dallas, and Perry Counties.

The line of storms is less organized than expected and moving quickly to the east. It will be running into drier air shortly and will start diminishing. There will continue to be decent instability along and south of I-85, and there could be a few cellular storms ahead of the line that could pose a tornado threat.

For now, the tornado watch continues for Autauga, Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Elmore, Etowah, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, and Tallapoosa Counties.
