The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southeastern Tuscaloosa County in west central Alabama…
Central Bibb County in central Alabama…

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 733 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southeast of Shelton State Community College
to 6 miles east of Evansville, moving northeast at 75 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Centreville, Lake View, Coaling, Vance, Woodstock, West Blocton,
Tannehill Ironworks State Park, Low Gap, Mertz, Mercedes Benz Of
Alabama, Eoline, North Bibb, Bucksville, Marvel, Hagler,
Duncanville, Green Pond, Pearson, Caffee Junction and Hebron.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for central and
west central Alabama.

building.
